Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

Standard Shipping: 2–12 business days — $10 (Free over $100)

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, recipients may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@renfri.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
