Refund policy
Returns
Full returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery if the item is in original condition (unused, unaltered).
Non-returnable
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing tags or hygiene liners
- Final sale or promotional items
How to return
Email us at hi@renfri.co with your order number to start a return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll either refund or send a new item.
